Hook to Team

1-3: HOOK, PROBLEM, SOLUTION

Open with something memorable, then show the problem is real, then your fix.

4-7: MARKET, PRODUCT, BUSINESS MODEL, COMPETITION

Prove this is big enough, real, sustainable, and defensible.

8-10: MARKETING, FINANCIALS, TEAM

How you'll reach customers, the numbers, and why your team can pull this off.

Hour 2 · Activity

Outline Your Pitch Deck

Goal: a 10-slide outline (titles + one key point each), using material from Weeks 1-14.

  1. 01 Assign one slide per team member to draft an outline for.
  2. 02 Each slide: one clear headline + the single most important point.
  3. 03 Open with a hook — a story, a striking number, or a question.
  4. 04 Check: does every slide connect back to evidence you already have?
