Now you map out how your business actually works — starting with what it takes to deliver your idea.
Who do you need — and can't easily replace? Not "everyone," someone specific.
What must you *do*, repeatedly, to deliver your value proposition?
What must you *own or control* — a skill, a tool, an asset?
What pain do you relieve, or gain do you create? (from Week 4)
Local tour operators and attraction owners who had inventory but no distribution.
Building the booking platform, negotiating supplier contracts, customer support.
Listing "customers" as a Key Partner — customers are not partners.
Goal: fill in Key Partners, Key Activities, Key Resources, Value Propositions for your own idea.
Tip: give a warning before time is up.
